Booking deposits
These terms apply to table bookings of more than 8 guests when we ask for a deposit. We will send you a secure payment link after we have confirmed your date and time.
Deposit amount
The deposit is £10 per guest in your confirmed party size. It is not an extra charge on top of your meal if you attend as booked — it is deducted from your final bill on the day.
When your booking is secured
Your date and time are proposed when we confirm by email or phone. The booking is fully secured once we have received your deposit. Until then, the slot may be released if we do not hear from you.
Cancellations and changes
“Days before” means full calendar days before your booking date (not counting the day of the booking itself). Please use our general enquiry contact form as soon as your plans change.

Re-arranged bookings must take place within 6 months of the original date, subject to our availability. Any price or menu changes on the new date apply as normal.
How you pay
Deposits are taken by card through Stripe, our payment partner. We do not store your full card details.
Eligible refunds are returned to the same card used to pay, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
